Meet Joel
I grew up in Nebraska and am extremely proud to have been raised in a family auction/real estate business where I learned the value of honesty, trust, and the importance of being reliable. After my father's passing, my wife and I owned and operated the family business, Marreel & Associates for over 15 years. It was a worthwhile experience of carrying on the tradition of helping families and businesses find their ideal property. When someone decides to sell or auction property, I strive to make the process go smoothly. I learned early on that attention to detail was a critical piece to the success of each and every endeavor.
I became the Broker/Manager of TMRAS following the acquisition of Marreel & Associates. I am excited to be a part of a professional organization that has a nationwide presence but holds to a higher standard of personal service. As an Auctioneer, and Real Estate Broker for TMRAS, it is rewarding to meet and work with individuals all over the United States and help them accomplish their goals.
My wife, Tammi, and I have two children, Josh and Abi. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, hunting and just enjoying the great outdoors.
